• Offer ends on the 30 April 2022 (deposit needs to be paid by the closing date).
• Website hosting, SSL certificate and domain name registration needs to be renewed annually at an additional cost. This can be paid to us to do on your behalf or may be taken over by the client if required.
• These packages exclude all website updates and maintenance, once the website goes live. These can be added as an optional extra, on a monthly subscription, or billed ad hoc as an when required.
• This package includes only minor SEO like initial content pages, a meta description for each page and a site map.
• Includes the setup of Google Analytics but excludes the management thereof. 
• This excludes the setting up and management of Social Media accounts, Google My Business pages etc. but existing pages can be linked via social media icons.
• These packages exclude an online store. We can quote separately for an online store for your business if required.
• Excludes the physical set up of email on your devices, but instructions will be provided.
• Excludes the printing of flyers, business cards and letterheads. Will be provided in a print ready format to be printed at a printer of your choosing.

For clients who have opted for the Promotional Offer Two

• Business Showcase video is a short 3-minute video where you get to tell your future customers about your business, your expertise and your products and services.
• Sometimes, video helps to make more of an impression, when customers are deciding who to use.
• Videos can help build trust and report.
• When you have a product or service which requires some explanation, video can help you do this more easily.
• This package includes one hour worth of filming which will be edited down to a 3-minute business showcase video (see our website for an example).
• The video can include still images of your premises, processes and/or products and/or one stock video section and/or three stock images.
• The narrative will have to be presented by someone from your organization, as this excludes any actors or voice-over artists etc.
• This is a very basic video, shot on one eye level camera with minimal lighting, this is not a full production feature video, but rather a high-quality introductory video.
• The package price includes travel up to 20km from our offices, thereafter travel is billed at R3.60 per km of additional travel.
• You will receive a copy of this video to use at your leisure across your various social media platforms and will be made available on your website.
